In the event of a booking being canceled with less than 72 hours notice a cancelation fee will be charged.
The charges are:
More than 72 hours notice - no charge
Less than 48 hours notice - 50% of the journeys value.
We will gladly provide you with an invoice for the charge if you are claiming on your travel insurance for a cancelled trip.
Business account holders are not subject to these charges.
